Even though they’re anime characters, sometimes we can’t help developing crushes on certain individuals in our favorite shows. Maybe it’s their looks, their personalities, their character arcs or something else entirely, but something sticks out to us that makes our hearts beat just a little louder and our blood pump just a bit harder.

Maybe it was Rem’s declaration of love in Re:Zero that made us want to send her a Valentine’s Day card. Maybe it was the way Momo overcame her self-confidence issues in My Hero Academia to become the inspiring hero we knew she could be that had us daydreaming about sending her a bouquet of roses and a box of chocolates. Heck, maybe it’s just the way Levi effectively and efficiently leads his men and destroys Titans in Attack on Titan that makes us imagine running off together to a beach in the Caribbean.

Whatever the reason is, all of the following people on this list of anime crushes have done something to stand out to us, so we thought we’d honor them with their very own list breaking down what makes each of them so dreamy.
