My review of Fate/stay night: Heaven's Feel II. lost butterfly. I apologize if I sound weird; I was sick while recording this. Decided to the video before being bombarded with even more college work.
A step above the first film in the trilogy, this is undoubtedly the best Fate anime I've seen, second only to Fate/Zero. With nearly impeccable direction, much like the previous film, this movie raises the stakes of its story and characterization while delivering the top notch visuals you'd expect of an ufotable product. I've been disappointed and unimpressed with everything I've seen from the franchise (aside from this movie and Fate/Zero), so I really do hope the final film will be able to stick the landing.
There are spoilers in this review. Furthermore, there are brief depictions of gore and sexual content within the video (I tried to minimize it as best as I could).
Soundtracks used:
"The lost butterfly" by Yuki Kajiura
"He comes back again and again" by Yuki Kajiura
"My stomach is rumbling!" by Yuki Kajiura
"'Can you save her? + I beg you' [Piano]" by Andrew Ryan - here's his channel, let him know I sent you: https://www.youtube.com/user/Amaggedoniscoming
"She rules the battlefield" by Yuki Kajiura
"I beg you" by Aimer
