(日本語は下記に記載) Let's talk with someone who has many things in common with a large number of my viewers: a young Indian who started to become interested in Japan and Japanese after discovering - yes, you guessed it - anime!

After watching anime for the first time when she was 15, Shilpi fell in love with all things Japanese. But it was no casual, fleeting interest - it only grew until she realized she wanted to make a career around Japanese language and culture. She decided to study Japanese at university, which she is doing in Hyderabad now!

In the first-ever interview done on this channel, we will find out what life is like as a college student of Japanese in India - about her course and activities, the admissions procedure, fun events and cultural festivals, Japanese teachers and friends, among other things. She will also share how she will use Japanese to meet her future goals, where she wants to visit and what she wants to do in Japan, and of course, her message to fellow students of Japanese in India!

This would be quite interesting to anyone who is considering studying Japanese seriously in the future, or just are interested in hearing about how a fellow Indian anime fan is taking her deep interest and love for Japan to the next level!
