This week's Train with Me - Bag Work | Kicking & Punching!

Been a bit since uploading, and sorry about that, Kickers! A lot of video editing and working lately... BUT I'm back!

Part of this is me uploading for "youtube algorithm," but also to give you guys some training tidbits of what I do to practice and train.

After many asking many Korean friends, I've come up with the not the MUKBANG... not the GONGBANG... but the OONDONGBANG (or UNDONGBANG)!

Like other "-bang" uploads, it's a broadcast of me doing whatever I am doing, haha. I won't be talking or interacting with the camera as I'm supposed to be focusing on the training task at hand, but feel free to leave your comments below!

I think there's something comforting about watching and being around people training. But more importantly, it motivates you to get up and train too!
