Alberto and luca will go through amazing adventures in this film to get their most beloved object a vespa, in this town of portorosso located in the italian riviera luca will meet many friends like giulia and others, luca and alberto will have the best summer of their lives inside the italian town riding scooters, eating pasta and more but in the disney and pixar's luca movie we never see characters like uncle ugo and others as humans for example.
