A Silent Voice is a movie about depression and love. How your past affects your future. It's also about betrayal from friends and the complexity of life. In the movie, the young Shoya Ishida is displayed as bully. He makes fun of the Shouko Nishimiya who has a hearing problem.
In the later part of the movie Shoya gets punished for his actions but due to this he lost friends. He tried to cut off from the world. Later on, the story unfolds in many different angles. It’s an emotional roller-coaster.
