An anime style render on Japan school roof top done using Blender3D EEVEE render engine. The main factor to get the look is just selecting the correct colours that look more anime.

More info about the render settings for this scene to achive a summer afternoon look:
- Shader / materials are just standard diffuse shader.
- One warm (orange) colour sun lamp with shadow enable . This will be the light source that cast shadow. Increase the intensity / strength as well.
- One cold (cyan) colour sun lamp without shadow. This will tint the shadow to cold colour.
- Indirect lighting is not essential, but you can bake with a cold color hdri.
- Enable bloom
