-General slot limit expanded to 32 (but you can only use 16 as the game's limit), 93 slots scroll also added

-Technology is locked in order to standardize unit stats

-Reworked incomes from cities, factories,...
-Many new units, small countries also have Panzer 1 or FT-17 tank according to their side
