All of her life, Daisy has kept the fact that she has powers a secret from her friends and her parents tried to shelter her from any dangers, but that was a bit hard when she became a DigiDestined. Daisy secretly used her powers a few times to save herself and Veemon from great danger. After the adventures in the Digital World were over, Daisy and Veemon were relaxing at home as the young witch was practicing her magic which opened a portal and sucked them inside. They land in Hogwarts and meet Dumbledor who invites them to stay at the school and help Daisy learn how to master her powers so she can find a way back home. Helping her get everything she needed to attend classes, the old wizard allowed Daisy to pick out her own room and she meets Harry Potter, Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley at the sorting ceremony and they become friends. The three friends are sorted into Griffyndor while Daisy was placed in Slytherin, but they do still try to spend time together despite their houses having bad blood between them and a jealous Draco Malfoy trying to get Daisy's attention much to Veemon's amusement.
