I don't often talk about events that unfolded causing some significant impact on my life. I try and stay far away from that topic especially because it can be exploited. Let me Just say that mental health is very important and that on the other side of the coin; mental illness is very serious. I won't go into any more detail than that.

My hope is that for those who see this, understand that those who are dealing with mental illness never ask to go through it. That includes me.
