Given the title as “the grandfather of fansubbing”, the founder of Arctic Animation, Chairperson of VJAS, owner of Anime Jyanai, and dubbed the nickname King Of Smut '95; he is William Chow. In a documentary style series, where we will go back into time to a much different time in anime history. We will look at some items of memorabilia, and their significance and stories about them. We will also look at how being an anime fan was back in the late 80's and early 90's compared to what it is like now.
