After Season 6 we see America’s Number 1 Hero making her way to Japan to try and meet up with All Might and Deku, however despite her calling All Might her sensei, she’s actually only met him a few times before in the past, and one of those times, was actually in the FIRST My Hero Academia movie, years before the character was introduced in the manga. At the beginning of My Hero Academia The Two Heroes, we see Young All Might having a battle against a villain who just robbed a bank, and during this process All Might saves a family in a car from being taken out by the villains, and in that car was a husband, his wife, and his two daughters, one of whom is named Kathleen Bate. After this entire situation All Might visited their home and even took photos with them that Kathleen treasured as her reason to become an amazing hero herself, and after mastering her quirk and going through America’s hero program, Kathleen chooses the hero Name Star and Stripe, and becomes known as the World’s Strongest Hero, after All Might retires.
