So after doing my research and watching almost all these movies(I've actually watched 15 of them), this is my compilation. The ranking may be bad that's why I left the numbers off, cause for example I want to eat your pancreas is way sadder than your name while your name is better animated, so not to arouse conflict it's just a top 20 and to even push farther into indicating this isn't a ranking, I've put the garden of words at almost near last despite it having a good story and really aesthetic animation. Anyway subscribe and add the ones you haven't watched to your watchlist and you won't be dissapointed. (The one's i'm not clear whether in both dub and sub, might be but it's just that I didn't find them in both in the sites I use).

This list is based on the criteria below:
Sad and Emotional Factor; Based on how much the movie really arouses the emotions in you. For example I've watched in this corner of the world and even though I understood the movie and it's highly rated, I didn't drop a tear, it shows how war leaves lives stagnant and affects dreams. I don't know how they'd have done a better job, because it's already a job well done however the problem is it might be unrelatable since as this new generation we haven't grown up in war times, heard bombs dropping around, had an unclear future even though there's corona, probably even seen a bombed up or shot dead body live. Some may just have good story work but don't make you really sad or happy, they stay close to that normal line.
Popularity; It's bad watching a movie and not being bale to tell it to people cause noone's watched it.
Animation aesthetics: I've tried to upload them in the highest quality possible for one to openly see the quality of the animation
Relatable: Is the movie indeed relatable. Out of this movies I think the saddest should be grave of fireflies, but I think this current generation would choose over anything koe no katachi
