In this short we will be going through a Demon Slayer workout. We will be training like the Water Hashira Giyu Tomioka. This is another anime inspired workout that I imagined Giyu would do in order to improve/maintain his incredible speed, strength, reflexes and explosive water breathing technique. This Demon Slayer workout will build strength, increase your speed, endurance and explosiveness and, help you build an overall muscular physique.

Giyu Tomioka is one of the major supporting characters in Demon Slayer. He is the current Water Hashira in the Demon Slayer Corps. Being very stoic, a man of very few words and having a seemingly unbothered disposition. Giyu has a very strong sense of is extremely powerful and a skilled combatants. His greatest attributes are in his speed and reflexes. With with not only his incredible speed and reflexes he also has an amazing indomitable will. Leaving me to consider him one of the top Hashira's.
