After a disagreement with Shendu; Valmont decides to keep the newest talisman for himself. Armed with the Dragon Talisman and its power of combustion; he uses it to empty the US Mint and put Captain Black in the hospital. Distressed by what Valmont has done; Jackie follows him to Fort Knox where; for first time; he finds himself face to face with a seemingly unstoppable Valmont in a battle for survival.
