Horikoshi has a style where he can’t help but put a bunch of things on the table and link them all together later into a complicated web that gets us from Point A to Point B, so despite how powerful All for One has become in this final arc with his usage of Eri’s rewind quirk, we’ve seen a bunch of different things coming together on the heroes side hinting at just how much hope they have of beating the demon lord, and despite the fact that All Might stands infront of All for One ready to stop him with his Iron Might armor, ONE thing that i’m sure is going to be VERY important, ironically comes from a character everyone hates, and that’s Mineta. As All for One was about to steal Tokoyami’s quirk, Mineta hits him with a grape ball and convinces All for One that he’s wasting his time, saving our bird friend. When this happens, we get a ZOOMED IN PANEL of the Mineta Ball on All for One’s leg with him not really seeming to notice it, but knowing how Mineta’s quirk has locked down EVERYTHING it’s come into contact with already, what are the odds that THIS moment, spells the end for All for One who can’t afford to get stuck right now at all.
