Shoto Freezes an Entire City to Beat Dabi with his Quirk Awakening

Shoto Todoroki has the responsibility of facing Dabi in the final arc which will be animated in My Hero Academia Season 7 after the success of My Hero Academia Season 6, but how does he do?
First off to prepare for this battle, Shoto trains his quirk up to the point where he awakens a new move, called Phospor, and this quirk awakening takes advantage of the Super Heated and Super Chilled blood running through Shoto’s veins, as he perfectly mixes them in his heart to create a Cold Flame that actually can’t burn anyone, but instead causes anything the fire like substance touches to instantly freeze, basically fighting Fire with Fire that FREEZES fire, however this technique is still really hard for Shoto to use for long, so he had to focus on developing super moves so he could bring it out in bursts, so during the battle Shoto hits Dabi with a technique called Icebound Crash, Coldflame’s Pale Blade which IS effective on Dabi, but when Shoto falls out of his awakening Dabi uses a CRAZY fire attack to send pillars of flames shooting out from the ground at Shoto, who comes back with his Great Glacial Aegir technique, freezing Dabi and the entire city around them in one blow, showing off one of the most impressive feats from any of MHA's Class 1-A heroes, and it's a shame we didn't see the Todoroki Family reacts to this.
