The Tragic World of Stars Align | Traven Talks

Every now and then, the stars align to tell a truly unique story - One that highlights the fundamental humanity of their characters, that confronts the unspoken turmoil of daily life, and that comforts those living through it. But just as quickly as the stars bridge the gap that let such tales thrive, so too are they just as quick to pull apart and leave those threads by the wayside, depriving them of the opportunity to ever tell their tale in full. One of the most memorable examples of this for me is Hoshiai no Sora, known as Stars Align in English, whose already niche appeal seems to have fallen into obscurity. And today, I want to talk about the tragedy in and around this simple story of friendship, family, and soft tennis, before it’s memory is lost to time entirely . . .
